How does Physiotherapy help?

Physiotherapy helps people from all backgrounds and of all ages, from professional athletes to older generations. It can help to relieve pain, restore movement and get people active again.

Our chartered physios have one primary goal… your full recovery and return to an active pain-free lifestyle. All of our physiotherapists are registered through the HCPC and undergo regular training to ensure all of their knowledge is up to date and that they offer the most effective treatments available to our patients.

Our aim is to not only treat the symptoms you have, but also the underlying cause of them, to ensure they don't come back.

We work with you to diagnose and treat your issue. Our focus is on helping you to achieve your own personal goals, whether it's to play rugby, be able to walk to the shops, or anything in between.

Benefits of Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapists can help with a wide variety of issues, including:

What you can expect

Our Physio appointments provide you with the opportunity to explain your issue. We will listen, make sure that we fully understand, then assess and diagnose the problem. We'll then implement a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you, your problem and your goals.

Our treatments involve 'hands-on' therapies, alongside manageable exercise programmes designed to promote your recovery. Take a look at the 'What We Treat' menu for more information on how we help with specific conditions.

Women's Health

Physiotherapy is also proven to help with a number of specific Women's Heath issues. Our specialist team are available to help with a number of Women's Health conditions, including:

  • Pre and post-natal issues
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
